"Ordered a Panini today with a drink, they said 10 minutes and that was ok. After 15 minutes they took another 5 minutes and then handed over undercooked panini including a big bone inside. While the panini mentioned was shredded chicken one.It does not take much to acknowledge the customer about the long wait time before taking the payment and tip. Be transparent with the customer. I would not give one star if the time was only issue, it is about the service as well."

"First let me preface by saying that they would not make any changes to accommodate for my vegetarian daughter. I asked for them to not add the meat to the stir fry and just add it to the fried rice. No! My wife and I ordered 50.00 to get free delivery. The first thing I noticed was that the 5 dishes came in a very small bag. I also noticed that they use small tinfoil trays. The food was slightly above average but again the portions are below average. The last issue was the pricing. It is certainly at the price of higher end restaurants in larger cities but not the overall quality. I've had the lunch special noodle bowl and it was very good but will not order takeout again based on pricing/portions."

"I first tried this coffee at paramount day spa as they offer their menu while you are getting a spa service. My mocha was great so I thought I would visit the actual coffee shop today. The 2 workers seemed bothered that I was even there and they seemed to be fighting between the 2 of them. It gave a very unwelcoming feel and wont be returning."

"Chose the patio to have dinner. Not sure if the server was just having a bad day or what.We were seated in good time then sat waiting for some time to give our drink order and had all decided what we were going to order not only for drinks but for dinner as well.The server finally showed up and only wanted to take our drink order and not the meal one. We ordered our drinks and then sat drinking them for some time before she showed up again for our meal order. We all ordered and she left without taking further drink orders considering two of us now needed drinks again.Meal comes sometime later and we weren't asked for further drinks.We ate most of our meal when the server showed up to see if we wanted more drinks. We gave her our further order and off she went. Sometime later she showed up with the drinks.Now my meal was bbq ribs and I expected either a lemon bowl or wet wipes. I received neither. I finally got our servers attention and asked her about it. She said she would bring me a lemon water bowl. She never showed up with it. Food was very good but because of the absolute poor service, I will never return."

"It was our first visit to Wendel Clark’s. First impressions were great as the pictures online don’t do the vibe justice. You can sort either in the restaurant area or the bar, which has plenty of TVs to watch your favourite sports. The food was simply great. I had the best fish and chips anywhere and my wife had the blackened chicken Brie sandwich to die for. We’ll definitely be back again to try out Wednesday Wing night and happy hour from 3-6"
