"Alobar is a really great Michelin addition. Being part of the Alo Group, you can expect great food, warm hospitality, and an overall positive experience. The main positive is that it’s not a huge fight for reservation/time commitment. It’s more than possible to come in for a relatively last minute intimate soiree, drinks, date, etc. I still think that the mille-feuille here is one of the best in the city and is something I get every time! Hands down though, their star dish has to be the foie gras parfait!"

"I really like the quick service, and the overall quality of the food is good. The kimchi, bibimbap, and meat selection is standard. I think there are a couple more places in Toronto where you can get better quality meat for the same price."

"This restaurant is located on the east side of Avenue Road south of Wilson Avenue. Parking is either on Avenue Road or the side streets. Once you get into the restaurant, take a deep breath and you will be transported to Jamaica, as the wonderful smells of jerk chicken are enough to make you want to sit in the sand under a palm tree. The food is truly awesome man! We had the boneless jerk chicken and the barbecued jerk chicken and both were superb! Leave enough room for the Jamaican rum cake with coconut ice cream. You will be warmed to your soul! The heat is just right as the depth of flavour is truly all encompassing, if you start with the soup, you will never want to leave, as the flavours dance on you tongue with the effervescence of the Caribbean!"

"Very busy! Hard to find a table at lunch time. Nice and clean place the staff is friendly. The food is alright. Not much variety and only one size of burrito. For the price would expect bigger portions."

"Black camel is such a cute little spot. you order at the window (maybe just for covid) I ordered the veg sandwich with hummus and pesto mayo the veg is grilled but the bun is not, but it is high quality bread! would def recommend"
