"The place was not busy tonight April 17/17, 7:30p. When I walked in, there were three staff. One was sitting in the dining room having something to eat (No staff room? Using space for paying customers? Really? The other two females were taking an...order from two people, apparently personal friends. (Why does it take two people to take an order? They gabbed and then they all moved over to have their wraps made. One staff did both wraps with the other one did nothing although they both kept gabbing with their two friends. After 10 minutes I walked out. They knew I was there and waiting to order but they were too preoccupied entertaining their friends. I went to Wendy's next door where they know what service is."

"Took about 10 minutes for anyone to even come to us (restaurant was empty), we asked for a drink menu and she said “no”, didn’t stay at our table for longer than 20 seconds all three times she came to us. our waters never got refilled. not once did we get asked if we needed anything. there were three of us and we got one fork and knife. we had to go up and ask for the bill because we had been done eating for about 20 minutes and she rolled her eyes. sylvia did not slay."

"We were underwhelmed. To start, the table was sticky. The spinach dip came out scorching hot, like still bubbling and the chips were meh. The steak I ordered was good, but the mashed potatoes were a bit cold and lacked flavour. The steak my boyfriend ordered was cold and not something he?d order again. Our server was a bit rude and not attentive, and it wasn?t that busy. We were excited to try Mr Mikes out and honestly, I doubt we will return. It?s expensive for a sub par, mehexperience"

"We had heard from a friend that this was a really nice place to eat. The restaurant itself needs a makeover...the layout is off and it doesn't look very clean or appealing. We sat down hoping the menu would make up for it and ordered a app, pizza, salad and drinks. The food was mediocre, needed something else to make it stand out. Our waitress didn't seem to interested in us either although we were 1 of 2 tables."

"I cant believe its not meat!. I just had a pizza and the chick'n wings.. and wow. It was so so so good; i am still surprised at how tasty it was. VHC will make it so much easier for me to cut my meat consumption. This is my new treat night place to go."

"First time at this place, we sat in the bar area, it was very cozy. The staff were amazing. We came here to try the hand made chicken fingers, we are tired of frozen ones. They could have been good but honestly, the chicken was...so thin there was more breading than chicken, won't be having those again. But we'll give it another try for some other dishes."

"Visited here for lunch today I frequent this location quite a bit and know most of the staff.Today we sat at the bar for lunch upon sitting down , the hostess came over and gave us menus . The manager (lauren was at the computer at the other end of the bar , completely involved in her phone not paying attention to anything but that .They had one server on for the whole restaurant .The server ended up having a larger dance group on the dining room side . The manager delivered the food for us and that was the last we seen. The poor server got stuck at the larger table , and the manager wasn 't helping her with the other tables . My food was cold , drink empty but couldn 't say anything as no one checked. Again not the servers fault , the manager should be picking up slack and helping instead of hiding.I mentioned it to the server when she came over after finishing with the table. She sent the manager over and all she could say was well I served it when they put it up The rice was cold , the meat was cold , the bottom of the bowl wasn 't even warm which it should 've been if the food was hot .I mentioned to the manager politely that since there was one server on that she should be more attentive to help her out which you can see she didn 't like . Been in the restaurant biz long enough to know when and how to help.This same manager left kelly high and dry at the end of June as well one lunch . Took off to deliver something and was gone an hour and half, Kelly got smoked and she had zero help. Even when she came back the manager was less than helpful. I know because I was sitting there. If you 're going to cut staff , make sure you staff your strongest people , not the weakest.Secondly her attire was not professional at all in terms of management . She should not be wearing a belly shirt and what looked like slippers . Not a look for management at all.Overall the experience today is not a reflection of the server , or the staff that 's normally there that know me . The manager needs some serious training and staffing should be addressed ."
