"Okay, here's the thing: The chicken, macaroni salad, and coleslaw are great. The wedges are horrid (stale, flavorless), the wait time is stupid long (waited 50 minutes for two sandwiches and pre-made salads) and they tend to get orders about half right. The first time that I went, I ordered the 13 piece chicken, spicy, and received half spicy and half original and the second time, I ordered two spicy sandwiches and received one spicy and one original. This place would be 4 stars if their taters weren't garbage and they could get orders correct and 5 if there wasn't a nearly hour long wait for two sandwiches."

"Went to dine, was placed in the lounge even though there were other spots available. Meal was so salty, drank all the water given. Asked for a hot water to quench my thirst. Was charged $2.00 for the hot water on my bill, but no mention of it from a rude waitress when I had asked for it. $70.00 for two people and I had to pay for a small cup of hot water. Staff was rude when approached about this."

"I would have given a negative star for service atmosphere for this place. I have been to bk less than 5 times of living a decade in the city. But each time the service crew at bk never fails to be rude, may it be drive thru or over the counter orders. No good mornings, no thank you. It felt like their unhappy that they have customer. It felt like the customer are a burden. When my order is ready the cashier just opted hey over the counter. Who ever that cashier who took my order should go for attitude training. This goes for every crew there.I ordered no. 1 which is sausage egg sandwich, he still ask me if i want sausage or bacon in it? No. 1 is sausage. They don 't know their own menu.Google admin. Please have a negative star option."
