"In town for the Europa League final and stopped here whilst looking around Basel. Square was packed & the restaurant was bedlam, however the waitresses were good natured, taking time to explain dishes vegetarian friend & I both had a great light meal with a couple of beers watching all the activity, very reasonably priced for the area....would return again in a heartbeat!"

"Pizza and pasta with beer. It was okay. 27 Swiss francs for a pizza and a beer, no pages, so decent enough value. I was full of food when we were gone, so it was okay. Service was good, food freshly cooked. No complaints, but nothing... to highlight it from other similar pizza restaurants. I'd go back."

"Cafe Streuli is located at the end of Tram line #15/16 Bruderholz. There are walking trails and a park nearby. This cafe with friendly staff is here to take care of all your needs. There is a great selection of fresh breads, pastries, cakes, chocolates, sweets/snacks and more. There are no milk substitute products on the menu. Everything looked mouth-watering good. I opted for the plum dessert, which was a nice serving size and a cup of tea. The place does a very good take out business. There is a postal drop service, clean restrooms, newspapers, magazines. and more that await you here at this lovely place"
