"It was my first visit to Gansplatz and I enjoyed a quick and good unpretentious dinner. The restaurant is located in the Old Town a 15 minute walk from the railway station. The dining room is typically Swiss and picturesque. There were many regular guests that...evening and the tenant welcomed each of them individually. As newcomer, I felt slightly neglected at first; however service improved quickly with the tenant also stopping by my table and staff being friendly and efficient throughout the entire meal. As starter the pumpkin soup was well flavoured and revigorating. As main course the house specialty is Cordon Bleu in seemingly endless varieties! I opted for the Älpler Cordon Bleu with local Grison cheese: quite tasty and not greasy at all. If you still have room for a dessert, I definitely recommend the Apfelküchlein fried apple rings served with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream. Really to die for! Along with Riesling wine and mineral water, the bill was at Swiss city standards CHF82.00."

"We had dinner- burritos, quesadillas and fajitas. Was delicious, hot and filling. Served with love and attention. Salsa and guacamole can be better. Right on old town square it’s a good dinner option with family."

"Find your way up the mountain overlooking Chur and you'll discover a very classy restaurant over looking the city and then off into the distance towards the San Bernadino pass.The staff were super friendly, smiling and attentiveAs I was sitting outside enjoying the view, I wondered if the food would pale in comparison to the service and location - thankfully not! The food was great and served with a presentation that clearly shows that this restaurant knows that great food doesn't need to be simply tossed on a regular plate.Next time I'm bringing friends to this restaurant.Well done."

"We were actually staying in the hotel and were not planning on eating in the same place. Since it was sunday we found out a lot of Well rated places are closed so we decided to stay in.We ordered pizokel, a traditional dish from the region and a piek schnitzel. The pizokel was delicious but the big portion is quite small. The schnitzel with fries was enourmous and so Well made!! Very tender meat, the fries and meat were not fatty at all.We topped off with a home made schoggimousse, a wonderful night :)"

"We're glad to stop by here and have rosti, and decided to try the one with brown sauce instead of the ones we're more familiar with (the dry one and other toppings). It was quiet as there was no games on, but there are still local groups having their drinks and just chilling out"

"Beautiful mountain view on the deck with a cold beer. Our cheese and fruit tray was right up there with airline food. The main event here is smoking cigarettes outside. Service was friendly and if you are just looking for a beer and view, this should fit the bill. Don't expect much more."
