"Das Güggeli im Körbli kommt ein bisschen anderst als man es sich aonst gewohnt ist. Ich kenne Güggeli im Körbli so, dass es in Sauce schwimmt. Im Sihlsee ist die Sauce leider separat und sehr dickflüssig. Das Cordon-Bleu ist gut, haut mich aber auch nicht um. Was jedoch wirklich zu loben ist, sind die Glaces. Wirklich sehr fein."

"Typisch Schweizer Küche und "Schwyzer Original"-Inhaber, die die Wünsche von den Augen ablesen, anheimelnde Atmosphäre. Wir waren als geschlossene Gesellschaft hier und haben einen Abend der Superlative erlebt... mit Live-Musik (Hugo del Rio mit Harfe und zwei Gitarren!!). Edle Weine und landestypische frische Zutaten, sehr geschmackvoll und rustikal angerichtet. Die Wirtsleute verdienen ein dickes Lob!"

"The hungry ones had some flavour. München, the others blueberry smoothie and papaya sunrise smoothie. I took a cappuccino and an apfelstrudel with vanilla sauce. All just gorgeous! Out on the terrace enjoying the view towards the monastery."

"My man and I found this beautiful restaurant after changing the Christmas market in the rain and it was nice to enter this warm and welcoming place. first they said they couldn't sit us without reservation and said that the people would come to a time, two hours later. I assured her that we will be good and done in this time so that they wanted to sit down. our server was a beautiful and friendly young woman who was very accommodating. I could spill my glass of wine and she was there right away, clean up my chaos and bring me a fresh glass! we had a typical German tariff and everything was delicious! the restaurant is very bright and charming furnished. we highly recommend."

"This place was recommended because of their meat dishes as have their own butchery... we and our gourmand friends decided to have most their meat dishes cordon bleu, steak, most served with fries and rice and a soup... meat dishes were, well, nothing special... my soup was very salty, tasted and looked exactly the same like in other places... a ready to cook preparation just add boiling water, more salt and maybe some Aromat... Is a kids friendly place. There is a special kids menu, more or less the same but smaller portions. The only thing what we appreciated the most was the wine ordered; a red Swiss wine matured inside the monastery ....The restaurant itself has a nice atmosphere, with wooden finishings, everything in order and cleaned as most Swiss standards.Service was unnecessarily hasty since the restaurant wasn't full, the waitress could took it easy with us but looked that she wanted to finish asap, everything cleared and cleaned!... just wanted to continue to finish the fries from the dish, turned to talk and then suddenly the dish was disappeared from the table...Maybe having bratwursts, mulled wine and other hot snacks at the Christmas market stands were of better value than this dining experience but it was so Arctic freezing outside..."

"Lunch am Sonntag 23. OktoberHeut sind meine Frau und ich nach der Wanderung im Gebiet Einsiedeln etwas hungrig. Da es schon nach 15 Uhr ist haben wir entschieden uns nach einem Wurst käse Salat umzuschauen.Zufällig steuern wir das Seehof etwas ausserhalb von Einsiedeln an fragen nach ob unser Wunsch noch erfüllt werden kann, ja heisst es und so bleiben wir.Der Wurst Käse Salat ist sehr einfach die Sauce auch aber für den Hunger den wir haben ist es genau das richtige.Das Ambiente geht für auf dem Land sicherlich in Ordnung der Service Freundlich und aufmerksam."
