"Perfect fondue experience ! Worth to visit again ! We ordered the traditional cheese fondue and it’s yummy. The beef as side dish also caught the spotlight! "We were a group of friends looking to experience a meal at the Scala with one guest having a birthday. And it was our last dinner in Europe after a 12-day visit including cruising the Rhine. A beautiful unique setting. Menu was varied and provided each guest with the ability to order their own specialty. One guest was gluten-free and this was readily accommodated. Each of our 3-courses was expertly prepared and the food was simply terrific and met expectations for a high-end restaurant. Courses were properly timed. Can surely recommend and would return should I come back to Lucerne."

"Love the vegan options here! I was not expecting to be able to eat schnitzel during my time in Switzerland so to find a place that had vegan schnitzel in a sandwich was so lovely. The sandwich had all the usual trimmings in this part of the world and it was so yummy. I’d get this again and the prices are so good for Switzerland."

"Lovely atmosphere, this place is very well presented with table linens etc. We were seated during a busier period after just turning up which was nice. We both had hot chocolates and they were just ok . It was hot.milk and packet hot chocolate, the way this establishment is presented I must admit I was hoping for something a bit special, perhaps more thought on the presentation. The hot chocolate was tasty, but more like something I would expect out of Switzerland equivalent to a Costa, which was unexpected from a place that looks like a COYA."
