"Good coffee for normal prices (in Zürich). Nice staff and free tap water without having to ask for it. High level of alternative hipstery people, which is a symptom of this area so to be expected. Nothing bad to say, hope they do well and keep the noise down of the people smoking outside. Best wishes from a neighbor."

"We arrived in Zurich on a hot, sunny June evening. What greeted us at Camino was a pretty garden oasis with lovely tables, linen, lighting and greenery. A real surprise for the centre of the city. The service was good. Attentive but not obtrusive. The menu offered a lovely selection of dishes a la carte as well as a four or five course tasting menu. Most reviews I read about Zurich before we visited warned of the very expensive places to eat. However, unfortunately used to London prices we found the costs similar. Stand out for me was the monkfish carpaccio starter. It was really subtle and tasty. My partner had the bison rib eye which was cooked to perfection. Just the right amount of pink with a lovely charred exterior. The wine list was fairly extensive but very pricy so we opted for the house choice which was served in different quantities 33cl, 50cl, 75cl which was nice. Our sauvignon blanc was crisp and cold, perfect for the evening in the sunshine. The seasonal rhubarb dessert was superb and fruity. We would definitely go back here for a gourmet treat even if a little on the high price."

"Met a friend here for dinner while in Zurich and I had never been here previously. The food was terrific. The restaurant is very quaint but was extremely busy and obviously a local and visitor favorite. The staff was friendly (my friend did all the talking as I do not speak German) but the staff did speak English.At the end of the meal as we were leaving the owner wished us a good night and shook our hands. A very nice guy and part of the reason why I would go back here when I am back to this restaurant if I am ever back in Zurich. Yes, the restaurant is a little pricey but it is Zurich and you do get what you pay for. It's worth the trip."
