"After an appointment in Bad Kreuznach I returned to the wood market in Bad Kreuznach. Here the Asian restaurant opened well a year ago. Previously, various companies gave the clink. The place for a restaurant business is not so bad. Close to the center, visible in the passage, lots of traffic, good parking and also not few residents. But the house has always looked a little inviting and careless for me. It couldn't just scare me. The sushi was praised on the net. And this warm summer day was perfect for sushi, so I wanted to dare. A few steps from the restaurant, I parked in the small public parking lot. On this early Saturday evening the parking was free. When I arrived, a table was occupied with a family. So I went up the stairs first. The restaurant is located in the 1st OG and is therefore not wheelchair accessible. I was kindly greeted at the restaurant. I said I'd like to sit outside. Before I looked for the toilet. They were clean and well maintained. Cleaner and more well maintained than the appearance of the outdoor terrace. The outer area was already very unused and less inviting. Rustic benches, partly completely destroyed. The seat is then locked and finished with a red white chain. Empty flower pots, staggered clinker stones, intermediate flower bottom. Nice is different. A young man brought me the menu. The restaurant itself is called “Asian” restaurant without further allocation of a farm kitchen. However, the family name Nguyen strongly indicates Vietnamese operators. My ordered soft wheat beer, € 3.30 0.5l, was served quickly and well cooled. Clean table Later also my appetizer: summer roll with shrimp € 4.90. It looked fresh and appetizing. The summer rolls and shrimps were unmarried as usual. Unusual composition . In rice paper, besides shrimps, a large proportion of un seasoned rice noodles were packed. Lollo Rosso, carrot stripes and a lot of crispy parsley. No sprouts, peanuts, coriander, mint, Shiso leaves... so bring ingredients to taste. On the plate there was a pretty lush salad bouquet in natural condition. Also here, the crispy parsley a fresh but very tasteless food far away from Asian spices. I don't bring parsley to Asian cuisine. And this crispy and crushed parsley was really rough and unpleasant in the mouth. I sort them as much as possible. The sauce served it mainly from travel vinegar and was also not an aromatizer. It's a lot better. As a main dish I chose one of the sushi menus offered at € 17,90. 4 Nigiri (2 x salmon, 2 x tuna, 8 x Gurke Surimi Avocado( 4 x salmon, 4 x tuna enveloped, 8 x maki (4 x salmon, 4 x tuna). Sushi menu with salmon and tuna But first the parsley fell into my eye and secondly some sauce was distributed over Nigiri and Maki. This thickened soy sauce was unfortunately used decently. I like my sushi but pure Japanese! Soy sauce and wasabi are served separately. This was also the classic inlaid ginger. The Sushireis was well cooked and seasoned with light travel signatures. I liked the salmon quality better than that of tuna. Overall, I found the sushi fresh and well prepared. I have a ginger on request. The complete service was probably contested by family members. To pay with EC card, I went to the restaurant and got a real cash payment there. A few years ago there was the bourgeois restaurant “Small Rock Cellar”. There has been no change in theke and seating for decades. It looked clean. The restaurant promotes progressively with free Wi-Fi and air-conditioned restaurant! The boss asked me kindly about my satisfaction. But unfortunately we didn't meet here in a language. I said that so unusually much parsley was included in the courts. Petersilie? What's that? I added that coriander is more common? What's coriander? The cook was called, together we found out what herbs are in the kitchens parsley. It was still abundant; the coriander remained on the track (I would have tried the Google translator."
