"As a well travelled citizen and a resident of Berlin I have never been treated so terribly by staff. As a young person you can expect a certain amount of amnimosity but regardless of wealth you should be treated as any other customer. First off ...i 'm pretty sure this is not a self service establishment, seeing as everyone else recieved table service. I after asking 'what i was doing here ' and ordered a reasonable bottle of wine. Still received a certain lack of disbelief until i paid and a general disrespect from service members. Second bottle still self servicing, when everyone else is getting table service? Also had my card reciept checked twice. Which made me feel uncomfortable and that i was not 'suited ' to this place. The only reason i actually ordered a second bottle was to see if the attitude would change. It did not. Only postive expirience, they watered the table plant."

"The service was friendly, but impersonal. The menu could be more diverse. There were allegedly no potatoes, not delivered or too late. The walls are lubricated with graffity. The location on the water is very good."
