"Just a few weeks after its opening, the Raisch in the Böblinger district Diezenhalde has taken a firm function – as a meeting point, second living room, popular café, place for a common breakfast or lunch. You ask yourself for long years of vacancies, which was here before? Especially on market days, the Raisch is so heavily frequented that the human loops waiting at the inlet extend to the square. It's going to be a difficult exercise. So, great praise for the family business originally from the Black Forest village of Calw, which has assumed this long empty place. In its function as bakery, pastry and café, it offers a variety of breads, pastries, cakes and cakes. In addition, there are snacks, sandwiches, finger food, salads, snacks (such as bread chips with Parmesan and Alpirsbacher beer) and the very coveted lunch table, which, however, has to be ordered on the previous day for reasons of capacity. I have already tried the offer several times and am thrilled, especially because of the rich portions, the very favorable prices and the hearty handle of the cook to give a strong worting and to enormous sauce volume. The consistently moderate prices range from 8 to 9 euros, meals are usually meat-loaded (maul bags with a large number of brushes, carvings in all forms, burgers, sprinklers, goulash – on Fridays, however regular fish), plenty of supplements and almost always a versatile salad. On request also complete to take away. In the meantime, however, there has already been an incubated community of lunch table users who regularly meet locally. On the last day of the market, after the purchases, I tried one of the breakfast offers offered in the versions of Sweet (3.30 Euro), Hearty (4.90 Euro) and Cheese (4.90 Euro). My chosen cheese version was dressed pretty on a Vesperbrettle, consisted of several slices of cheese, an ice-ball-like Klack's fresh cheese, two rolls of choice (in my case a lye and a kernel, but it could also have been more exclusive) and (for me completely superfluous) a jam of choice. Hot drinks go extra. The large coffee (2.80 euros) was tastefully not the hit. There is plenty of space in the generously furnished and visibly sown by a coffee house inside funnel. Mobiliar and ambience are only a few weeks old, so still top in shot. To the proper, accessible toilets. Only at the service is still airborne. During the opening days in October, almost unskilled, inexperienced personnel were in use, which led to chaos – of course also due to the difficient regulations for on-site consumption. In the meantime, the situation has improved somewhat, but it is not an advantage that no regular personnel were recruited, but that constantly changing people are in use. However, my service lady for breakfast was very strenuous and customer-oriented, has apologized several times, even though only a small thing was not perfect. Raisch is located on the ground floor of a high-rise building, in close proximity to places of daily need such as supermarket, bank, pharmacy, doctors, physiotherapy. Bus stops and free parking are just outside the front door. Both the guest room and the spacious toilets are located on one level and are therefore easily accessible for mobility restricted or people with strollers. It is the ideal place to return after purchases, market visits or supplies. I hope that the large space in front of the house can be played in the summer and a chaired terrace will be allowed. That would certainly be a gain for the entire neighborhood!"

"The Böblinger industrial area Hulb may not be one of the most welcoming neighborhoods in the city, but one of the most frequented. Whether the recent transformation of the former real supermarket into a market purchase is the big Bringer will still be shown. However, the huge Asian restaurant, which extends on the first floor over the market, is highly popular. Previously, Terra Incognita and a No go area for me, but today's big shopping exhausted so much that I became weak. The first impression of climbing up the stairway that has come into the years: feeding the tens of thousands to an extent that takes you breath. At the entrance there are lushly loaded refrigerators with soft drinks in liter bottles, beer bottles, wines in glass containers for self-spinning. Behind them there are huge, multi-row buffets, on which there is already a busy crumbling around 12:15. The place is impressive. Everything is available from the table to the long table. On the chairs covered with creamy coughs you feel like a wedding party in an exotic country. We wait for a welcome at the entrance or a service in the square for a short time so that we can take the rules of the game from the Flyer restaurant. “All you can eat drink” is available from Monday to Thursday at noon for 15.90 Euro, with the following explanation: “Includes soft drinks (Max. 3 bottles of beer OR 3 glasses of 0.2 l of wine .” It promises to be entertaining! But first of all, it has to be packed. Even the drinks are not served. How the maximum consumption is to be tested is creepy to me. Maybe not? The wine tastes medium, but probably not worse than any house wine elsewhere. Amazing that white fruit is offered in an Asian local – right next to the plum wine. The buffet also turns out to be an interesting cross over of various kitchens: a large sushi offer (not strange: with fried panted variants! , duck, chicken and beef in various modifications and preparation forms and sauces, rice and noodles in all appearances, salads and raw food, samosa, spring and autumn rolls, crab chips etc. pp. – and an enormous dessert buffet, including ice cream. Some in the offer, such as tomato mozzarella or olives or mini mohren heads, should not be genuin asian and is probably owed to the local taste. Some surprises, like the crumbling ice cream in the taste of “black sesame”. Again, it tastes completely uninhabited, which we just take heroically. In any case, there is great cleanliness and an amazing variety. A loadable stomach and a strong constitution are certainly advantageous here. At the Büffet there is often fighting mood and fodder. The clientele consists of a high percentage of pensioners, not few of them with physical restrictions. One has to be undermined in the course of the meat pots on both sides. But also halfway fit guests are likely to demand some of this place. The path from our quiet sitting area at the rear end of the hall to the beverage offer and the already somewhat busy toilets is maximum long. Luckily, a young, concentrated service girl regularly passes to clean up the plates and glasses used. It is also possible to pay comfortably at the place, of course at the top supervision, which however proves to be accommodating and facing. As far as regulations and prices are concerned, the flyer should be consulted. The above-mentioned lunch offer of 15.90 Euros grants a maximum of 3 hours. On Fridays and Saturdays you have to pay 18,90 euros, in the evening and on Sundays and holidays even 26,90 euros. And there's another happy hour in between. It is likely that such a close tact will meanwhile a break-up group will have to pull through the halls and pick up the exhaustively sunken fighters. Definitely a unique experience!"
