"The sushi rice, at least during our visit, cooked slightly too soft and then rolled to compact, so the sushi was soaked. all the others at all you can eat were but very tasty, especially all baked or frit. well spiced, incredibly great crispy, the meat great. you have tasted that clean and freshly worked in the kitchen."

"Koester's homemade only produces one product soup. However, these soups are delicious, vegan, gluten-free and can be delivered to your Hanover office. We had these soups in our office as backup for situations when a trip to the canteen was not possible because of the meetings, and for days when we were just looking for a good soup. You have some very beautiful creations (Carrot ginger, Gazpacho, lenses, potatoes, etc.) and sell in some selected shops in the Hanover area (e.g. in the Karstadt near the main railway station). The disadvantage is the price 5 EUR per bottle (0.5 l) soup is not exactly cheap, but in this case the price of high quality ingredients is worth."

Zu unserem Hochzeitstag hatten wir zwei Lillet als Aperitif Jakobsmuscheln&Salzlamm als Vorspeise und zum Hauptgang Surf&TurfDas Rinderfilet war ein Traum, butterzart und genau auf den Punkt gegart!Die Service Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend und nett! Ein toller Abend sehr gerne wieder"
