"We were in Offenburg at the end of October. When we walk around town, the sign that the needy can get a food here for free. For us it was clear that we want to support this. We didn't make a mistake. We have eaten delicious, have been served super friendly and we can really recommend the Guglhupf. Promise: We're coming back! Thank you."

"With friends. the maître was a bit rude: I put my coat on the back of my chair and he pointed to the cash at the front entrance. I guess it was too much for him to take it or ask a waitress to do it. he was also very praised, verbal instead of with various suggestions. we had to ask for water when the glasses were almost empty. the food was good. desserts were great. I will not go back, not even dessert. I would have expected more for the total prices."

"Here you can find tasty chinese food in a chinese ambiance. Meaning the restaurant is large and has a lot of tables and it is as noisy as a restaurant in China is. However most of the tables are rectange shaped and not round. I consider this as a little consession the western behaviour. This family owned Chinese restaurant offers tasty food at a reasonable price. You may have a Mongolian barbecue which you can mix yourself. The rest is self serving buffet style and you may mix whatever you are fancy for. I love the Pe-King soup, which is a spicy sweet sour chicken soup. As a starter I always enjoy sashimi and sushi (yes, I know it is Japanese, but I like it). Unfortunately the wasabi you may have along with it, is diluted with water already and not in the original state. However the ginger tastes excellent. I always have a hard time to decide what to eat and I always eat too much. Chinese beer is not available however various types of Chinese liquor.The Chinese staff is friendly and helpful."

"Flädle suppe tasted unfortunately after an instant nice broth, because the powerful taste of a bark broth was missing. the almond was very tasty. the dressing was beautifully fresh. the late zle were very firm and unfortunately did not taste like homemade. the paprikasoße to the carving also tasted after a finished sauce from the glass. All in all we were fed, but unfortunately without moments of the Gaumenschmaus pity. beautiful restaurant and dedicated staff."
