"Le Sin is one of my favorite places in Biarritz. The modern design and the environment is very unique, the building turns into waves as part of the ocean. The food is complex and draws from Basque and modern kitchens, offers various ways to modernize a local specialty, or to enjoy a completely new concept with local ingredients. I love to go there for sunset, as you know what this location and food are able to offer. I should add that the employees (two of them are the owners) are excellent. Enjoy!"

"Good food cheap price for the friday lunch menu ! Very nice. But if you go on week - ends its still nicer and a bit more expensive which is normal considering the menu is different. Toilets are" de luxe" you can believe me.very nice. The sole obstacle is the service which is much too fast, I wanted to order "apéritifs" but the soup was already on the table! "Tempus fugit" as british clocks say. Hendrix Biarritz."

"Went here with a couple of friends one evening after the sun had gone down and it had a great atmosphere and great music. The loungers really encourage you to chill out, drink prices are as you would expect from such a bar, high but not overly expensive... We went back the following afternoon but it did not have quite the same chilled out atmosphere. (It felt more pretentious and a place to be seen !!! . We only had drinks so cannot comment on the food, however people seemed to be enjoying what was on offer. In summary a great night-time chill out beach bar with music to match but not as appealing during the daytime....."
