"We randomly found this restaurant before our visit to the Louvre. We got so lucky! The customer service was on point. Our waiter was welcoming and the chef even came out to explain the menu to us. We ordered the ravioli, pressed pork, steak/frites, fish and the pear mousse. All were incredibly delicious! Highly recommend this fantastic restaurant!"

"Saw a line as we were heading towards hotel and realized it was for restaurant not even open yet! Foolishly walked around for about a half hour before returning and then waited an hour to get in! Try and arrive by seven to be sat as doors open. We wound up eating here two nights while in Paris; delicious food, no dinner menu. Steak and fries, good bread to "sop-up" delicious gravy on steak, cooked to perfection. Wine very pleasant, and deserts are wonderful- had chocolate cake one night, decadent chocolate and meringue tower another, both were very good. Forgot to mention you will eat to excess because " seconds" are freely offered and encouraged. Tables a bit tight but staff very friendly. Wine and dessert menu only in French but staff will help! Hostess most lovely; knows all the locals! This restaurant a find for a tourist; closed in July!"

"I really really really love this place. You can get such a high-quality meal for a pretty average price for what you're getting. I got a great steak bavette, that was 18€!! this is honestly one of my favorite places to go because you're getting such a great deal if you get the steak Frites with a glass of red wine. I brought my little brother there as he was visiting me, and he said that it was one of his favorite places that he had been to on the entire trip. All in all such high-quality food and the service was OK for paris. I took a star off for service, but it's Paris and I understand the waiters tend to be a bit rude. but the reason why I ended up taking the star off was because I found that the waiters were very kind and welcoming to older customers, versus when they saw me and my brother and then this group of three young gentleman they were very rude and just threw the menus at us. but then when the young gentleman ended up ordering a bottle of champagne they got interested in them. Just some food for thought, and it's really the only thing that I would change about this place. my brother and I went back for breakfast the day of his flight back to the US, and he said that he really loved it although it is a little pricey in my opinion. All in all definitely suggest this place for breakfast lunch or dinner!"
