"We did some research before spending a day in Grenoble to find a veggie friendly restaurant and found this one. It was slightly off the beaten track, but well worth the walk, and was the best meal we had in a week in France spent following the Tour. It was small and friendly, with interestng decor, and the food was fresh and delicious. The owner/ chef came and chatted with us after our meal and explained that he uses local produce where possible, including the wine we had the rose and it was superb, and very reasonable. We can really recommend this place."

"We first booked another place nearby (Lagos Grill) on the Fork, only to receive 2 confirmations and then a cancellation, by then we were at the restaurant's door, so we looked for another place... and found this one. What a pleasure! Great and friendly service, nice choice of foods, african but also french and european, including gluten free options, low/reasonable prices, very clean place, nice location.... and after mentioning the above, the owner gave us the same 20% discount on the foods that we would have received at Lagos Grill if the The Fork booking was honoured. Thank you Le Dos Argente! ps. Needless to say, Lagos Grill got a poor review."
