"We stayed in a deluxe room in a relay box and Chateaux.This hotel is just exceptional. From the location point of view just next to the castle and the racecourse. From the viewpoint of the room.Very spacious room with view of the castle garden. the room is very well soundproofed and very well equipped. the bathroom is beautiful is very functional. From the point of view of the personal hotel is very friendly and helpful. the hotel has an indoor pool and a spa. an inner courtyard allows to take its ptit dej, a glass or a meal outside. From the restaurant point of view breakfast is very good and complete. we only tested the gastronomic restaurant: a treat. a little surprise in the form of a taste was served in the afternoon. delicate attention. One word to describe this place: perfect"

"We have experienced this restaurant twice in the last 10 years and will not go back. we have found the quality of food medium, bland and not inspiring. the groomed dish consists of 99% unseasoned soybeans with just a few...inzig bits of mushrooms and carrots. the food is served, and if it is ready, which means that a party of five people will be served their dishes one by one, so the group will never eat together if they want to eat their dishes while they are warm. it seems to be just a person in the kitchen, and it does not seem the standard equipment that keeps dishes warm. the customer service is not existent. customers are not expected to comment. they told us that the restaurant has said this, not the customer! if customers increase a range of care, they will either be ignored or politely smile, but will not receive any answer. not least on the payment via credit card customers have the choice between two options (indirectable payment or credit, the restaurant is paid immediately, but customers can choose when their account is calculated). both paints the restaurant has made the choice for us, and we had to insist on doing the procedure so that we can meet our own choice. a total unpleasant experience that we will not renew, although we love good, real Chinese foods."
