"If you should find yourself in Lannemezan you could do no better than lunch at Chez Maurette - if you can get a table !! For around Forty UK pounds for two, you,ll dine very well. My personal recommendations would be Salade de gesiers and Noix de boeuf. But you,ll have four courses to choose from so take your time ! The place is run strictly by family. Avoid Wednesday's which is market day and thus always difficult."
