"We did not know this establishment on the banks of Sarthe at the foot of the Gallo-Roman enclosure. Our daughter, a regular, we warmly recommended her and we were not disappointed. Very friendly staff and small care with a wheelchair user. Excellent andouillette de Troyes and an amazing little rosé of the island of Ré. A very good experience!"

"We've just had to go, two adults and two children. The chef changes his menu every day. It offers 2 admissions, 2 dishes and 6 desserts to choose from. We were able to enjoy his excellent cuisine. The cooking is mastered, the dishes full of aromas and tastes.... A REGAL VRAI. The plates are well presented and copied. The server is dynamic, good advice and smiling.
