"It's a fairly complex restaurant to describe, but I'll always try. We are very well received by pleasant and smiling staff throughout the meal. The decor is simple, without cracks. While we make our choice, we have the right to mood with crackers, a beautiful entry in matter. The choice of wines is very vast, fortunately that we are helped by one of the servers. On the kitchen, I started with beef language and mussel cream. The mussel cream made me think of a bouillabaisse, it was very powerful in taste. Everything was very good. In the dish I took veal with turnips and red beets, it was still delicious although I found the vegetables a little firm under the tooth, I would have liked them to be a little more cooked. Finally, for dessert, I chose chocolate ganache, pear and pepper. It was the dish that asked me the most, it was very high and impregnated, it's original and it didn't bother me. In conclusion, I would say that this restaurant has the merit of offering quite marked flavors, knowing that it can be a bit dividing, this is an approach that I support 100!"
