"A ratio of incomparable quality, a charming and very cocoon decoration. The staff is very welcoming and with little care. We feel perfectly the taste of the home made and the love put in the dish! I have only one haste to come back to taste the whole card, and a disappointment, that of not having discovered it earlier. The best restaurant I made in Toulouse, which has nothing to envy to the great brands."

"We were entitled to a small cup of duck crackers, salted and crunchy. We both ordered the foie gras "at will" for our first dish and we were served a mound of the size of a soft ball (seriously!), half-cuit, which really melted in the mouth. We had to show great will to leave part of it on the plateau, but we knew that other good dishes would come... our main dishes were a stir, garnished with roast marrow with a gratin of herbs; and veal medallions with "caviar" of vegetables with chopped rust allure. each plate was accompanied by a small ramequin of gratin of zucchini, a dish of carrots with cumin and garlic, poise-eating steam, roasted tomato and potatoes. each vegetable was unique and delicious. beef was rare and absolutely perfect; and of course the marrow was scandalous. As dessert accompanied the menus, one forced to finish a small dome of chocolate cake with mint ice cream, English cream, and a houppette of whipped with garnish with orange peeled bark; and a pie with meringed lemon with an acidulated sorbet with tangerine. both were the perfection of pastry. In addition to the fabulous quality of all dishes, it was one of the "best value for money" dinners we've ever had, two menus at 34 € each and a bottle of malbec out."
