"I took some food (kovid restrictions) a few times away from this place and I must say it is the best Indian food I had for a long time. the food and seasoning are fresh (bast.) it is spicy, but only the perfect dosis for me (they do not have the feeling of fire in their maus, but they feel hot after eating).) the staff is also very nice. I had the aloo gobi (cauliflower and kartoffel in curry sauce) and one of the dhaal."

"Long time since last visit but now live in Glasgow so last minute decision to go for husband's birthday. Had banquet and absolutely amazing. Quality of food and service faultless. Not rushed, three hours in restaurant, wine gorgeous. Will be back but won't leave so long until next time."

"I've been in Beirut Star a few times and both the food and drink on each occasion has been sublime. The ingredients for both the food and drink are fresh, so the taste is excellent. The service from the friendly staff is quick and attentive, but not non-intrusive or over-bearing. I thoroughly recommend a visit to this restaurant."

"The chef is Italian who prepares the food in a open kitchen. The food is very creative and delicious. Only one point I like less: the lemon is very present in the seafood or fish dishes, which makes a little too acid."

"What a sound! absolutely gorgeous little jewel of a caffe not far from the city center of glasgow. my friends and I had speck pancakes and black pudding, i and chorizo spices fabulous taste and much of it, washed by some excellent coffee if I lived closer, my morning routine would change to include more regular visits."

"I'm here, really good food! both had to start bruscheta. Nice. only negatiw for me were the discs of the raw garlic in it. we both had it. we had huh and stornoway blackpudding on kartoffelmash and berry jus that was fantastic and penne arabbiata was great. we ordered garlic bread that was massive! Maybe next time order half a part. great food, service and wine. hidden gem and will be back!"

"Amazing experience! eating was just delicious. we tried most non vegetarian options and enjoyed us very much. the food came fast, but everything was freshly cooked and delicious. beautiful decoration and atmosphere. attentive and very friendly service staff. large eating, generous portions and all too cheap trips."

"I enjoyed it. the atmosphere was jolly and the service was friendly and efficient. a great location in the city center and the place has the look of a French brasserie. the uniforms were not quite as one could expect in France, and some of the menu items were not entirely in gin and tonic, port or cafe anericain, but all the good value for money and experience."
