"I am surprised by the zomato score, but then there are only 4 reviews again. I think this place is one of my fave places that I have eaten in glassgow. it is sweet, cozy little and very friendly service. it also serves absolutely amazing steaks with huge portions. with steak they get two sides and two sauces. the heggis in yorkshire. pudding was yam, but maybe a bit too rich for me as a side with steak. the bacon cabbage was a little disappointing, too healthy and salty. all the other steak and starter were cooked as ordered and service was very good. we had the hang steak, which was so delicious and tender, from which I was surprised. my ribbed eye was absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked. "Hi, we have eaten in this restaurant many times and always had lovely food and service. However tonight both the food and service were very disappointing. My partner had a starter (duck pot) which was bland and overpriced. I had ordered fillet steak and after an hour from ordering we got our main meals. I had asked for medium steak but as it was rare. I was so hungry I didn't send it back. I only managed to eat half of it. There was no check back and when the waitress collected our plates and I gave feedback it was met with an indifference response. I was disappointed with the food and service. The cost of the meals are not cheap but worth paying if you are satisfied. Given the length of time for the meal to be served it' could have easily be helped with an offer of a bread roll while waiting."

"Tiffneys must be the best if not one of the top 3 steakhouses in glasgow. fantastic service, beautiful wine and cocktails and a great selection of meat. beautiful setting, very intimate feeling. interesting about gluten-free/coeliac, which can be a hard thing to be re-insured, and the chef came out to ask us how the meal was after the conclusion. great personal note."

"A great place that is always attentive to children. my 5 year old enjoys especially the pizza that is made even better by making the amazing chefs always different shapes and allowing her to observe the process of making. this evening the application of an ingwerbread man was shaped margarita. local, fresh, child-friendly and inexpensive."
