"We had the worst experience we've ever had when ordering from Meat Liquor. Just see the photos. UberEats were to blame for the poor delivery service, but the restaurant served us complete garbage. Firstly the order took two hours which is inconceivable. The lady from the restaurant explained that they were waiting for an Uber driver to come but assured us that the food will be fresh. It was genuinely the worst burger we've ever had. Both meals were freezing upon arrival and the chicken burgers were both burnt batter with barely any chicken inside. "This is a wonderful little spot tucked away and easy to miss. That is until you smell the food as you're walking and have to check it out for yourself. Great food,great staff and atmosphere. Fully recommend for a quick spot of lunch, an evening meal or something to go. Great Portuguese authentic cuisine."

"I really looked forward to this meal but I was greatly dissapointed by the presentation of the and quality of the food. I ordeded lemonade with curry rice but it was old and didn’t smell nice at all .. then I ordeded jerk chicken wings but they were not only really oily but also burnt .. I would just say for 9 pound this was really a disgrace to any takeaway food I have ever ordeded"

"This restaurant was not too far from the city and was certainly worth visiting! it is a small cozy place, well decorated and really secret. above all, eating was just amazing. we tried some of the meze’s and the Persian grill and all our dishes were fantastic. it is clear that many thoughts were taken into the menu and the ingredients were so well balanced and delicious. they had very good vegetarian and vegan options on the juicy bbq meat and we will certainly be back with our friends knowing that everyone will be supplied. our favorites were kashke baadedmjaan and mirza mezes (Aubergine dishes) with freshly baked naan/flat bread and the joojeh and Chenjeh grill (bbq chicken and sirloinlamm). in any case worth a visit. a real hidden gem."

"I have a chicken kebab and a special mixed kebab. it is more expensive than the average kebab shop, but the meat is better and the portion size of the mixed kebab was enormous. it would end two people, or perhaps a fat one that only saw losing leeds on the elland road and who wanted to drown his care in a kebab. not amazing, but good for the price."
