"Paul Hyman. A fabulous new take on steak. This is no ordinary steakhouse; the steak is served to you on a heated stone where you can finish cooking it anyway you like. With a fantastic range of sauces and butters to acompany it, this a truely unique way of getting exactly what you want. Even the last mouthful tastes as great as the first because you steak will not get cold. The service and surroundings is outstanding, and reminds me of that great American chain 'Smith Wollensky 's '. The other great thing about this Steak Co is that you feel like you could eat there 2 or 3 times a week because it is so relaxed, with a great variety on the menu. Almost forgot to mention the ribs that I had as a starter- all I can say is amazing, and if you like a bit of a kick try the Jack Daniels sauce on them!"

"My wife and I had lunch here on Monday August. We had a table with a view (well, she did The welcome was warm and the seats comfy, and the location is very close to the embankment but away from the noise and crowds. We started with a cocktail each which were superbly made and delicious, followed by fantastic calamari served with black squid ink mayo. So tender with a beautifully crisp coating. My wife opted for a fillet steak and I had the sirloin. Both steaks were cooked to perfection and were so juicy and tender. She loved the red wine sauce and I too loved the béarnaise sauce. And the truffle cheese triple-cooked chips were out of this world! So much truffle flavour! The wines we had paired nicely with the meal she had the merlot and I had the malbec. The white chocolate bomb for dessert was good too which we shared. Attentive and friendly service from everyone. And a special thanks for George who we booked with. Looking forward to returning very soon for what has to be the best steaks in Central London!"

"A few weeks ago I met up with the community manager of food review site Zomato to talk all things food, pop ups and blogs. This was followed with them sending me a voucher for food at Fortnum and Mason, and having never actually eaten at the restaurant there, I took them up on the offer.The Gallery is situated at the back of the ground floor of Fortnum and Mason. I booked for Mother's Day and invited a girlfriend to join me. We both love Fortnums so were interested to find out more about their food. Fortnum and Mason has the most wonderful food hall serving all sorts of sweet, savoury and alcoholic treats, so expectations for lunch were high.Being Mother's Day it was super busy in the restaurant but despite a small queue of waiting diners forming, they whisked me through to the table while I waited for Julie to peel herself away from the shopping delights of another floor of the department store and join me, which she did very soon after I was seated. The restaurant was serving the normal menu, plus a fixed Mother's Day menu that was £25.50 for 2 courses, or £29.50 for 3. This menu was made up of 3 options per course and included the dishes we already had our eye on, so we went for that. We both chose the same for starter and main.For starters we couldn't resist the Fortnum and Mason smoked salmon, served with homemade soda bread and a herby sauce. The salmon was some of the best I've tried delicious without being too oily and cut to a perfect thickness I find smoked salmon can be cut too thin sometimes and you can barely taste it. The herbs complimented the smoked fish wonderfully and our glass of Chablis was ideal to drink with the starter."

"I attended with my son, 2 friends from the USA. It was their first time visiting the Tattershall Castle on 7 April 2022 We served by Lumi and a colleague (gentleman) who’s first night it was working at this location The service attention...we received from Lumi and his colleague was nothing short of exceptional The drinks were great the food we chose to have was absolutely exceptional All in all in was a fantastic to visit to the Tattershall Castle. What a superb venue We pass along our sincere thanks to Lumi for looking after us for making our stay with you so enjoyable BW K P H"
