"This is the second Turtle Bay that I have visited, Durham near where I live and Peterborough where I was with friends for our annual reunion as it is central for us all to meet. I have to say Durham was better, the spiced fries were like matchsticks at Peterborough, which is not so in Durham where they are more chunky. Peterborough had no pineapple for dessert so had to have a scoop of icecream and my friend said her vanilla ice cream tasted funny."

"Unfortunately this is the only place near work so I have been in several times. Each time the service has been terrible. You will be ignored at the counter for approx 5 mins whilst they serve 3 other customers at the drive-through (even though you have bothered to get off your backside and come in). They don't even acknowledge you but deliberately avoid eye contact whilst they are milling about. When they do serve you they act like they have had to stop what they were doing to do you a favour! I have also had to ask them to top my refillable cup up because they give half portions. Its Crap!"

"Absolutely amazing food, cooked to perfection and full of flavor. The ambiance was beautiful and relaxing especially with the overlooking to the river. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and polite. They were busy, but didn't show an ounce of stress. This should be an example to show other restaurants in Peterborough who constantly fail at customer service. Very impressed with the waiter who told us what was in each dish, even pointing out the chillies. A very friendly environment and the perfect venue for couples who have started dating, or parents taking out their teens, or just friends enjoying a bite to eat. I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family. Absolutely wonderful experience. Now completely stuffed, but we'll worth it and great value for money."
