"I have visited this restaurant for the third time and on my previous visit I've suggested to improve the quality of the food and here I am "trying to" enjoy my food. The restaurant is located on the 4th floor of a commercial complex and in the middle of the city and you'll have to take a lift which has a glass cabin through which you can see the city which is a great experience to have as you feel rising to the top. The food is average and so is the service. They have a lounge bar too where you can enjoy your booze watching a big LED TV. The ambience is actually great but the only thing that let's down is the food. They need to make huge changes in their kitchen coz they also lack variety. In the noon you won't get any tandoori cuisine at least I was told so. All in all good restaurant if they're willing to improve."

"I am staying in shimoga city. Many time visited this restaurant and everyday i got different test, awsome service from restaurant staff and singer.last week i visited with family that was awsome forever my life. I like to come again and again that restaurant bcoz i felt home away from home in restaurant. Especially singar,staff restaurant manager and chef those giving a friendly atmosphere. In my opinion no 1 restaurant in shimoga. People visit and enjoy food and service."

"Had a great experience here at Jewel Rock, tried lemon chicken, chicken 65, chicken biryani, prawn ghee roast and neer dosa. It was incredible. Prawn ghee roast stood out I was very impressed with the hygeine and hospitality, loved every item cooked to perfection, good ambience also."
