"We had requested our rental car driver to stop at a place for lunch in Solapur on our way to Akkalkot. Although it was an hour before we could stop, we were pleasantly surprised with his pick of Valsang wada for lunch as it is...almost an hour away from Solapur. This place is off of state highway (pretty poor road conditions! , has an ambience of village setting and open concept. Food is prepared after you have placed an order and so it does take some time. The service is excellent. We ordered chapattis, moong pend pala, methi lasun and dahi. All the food was very tatsy and the spice levels are a bit on high (here comes Dahi! . They also use credit card for payments. In all, it is a good place for lunch stopover. My only gripe was a certain odor was present in the area which probably was due to improper disposal of food waste. If they can take care on the odor, this is nice place to spend some time especially if you have young kids as they can run around. will go back if I am in the area again just to see if there is any improvement and check out the tasty food."

"We were here every time we visit Solapur and we didn't disappoint the food. Don't forget to try their methi pithla. The Thali is a great choice. Khava poli and Shenga poli are excellent sweet elements to finish the meal."

"Good taste and quality but not satisfied with the service. While taking away the parcel, the food packaging is the not at all good. The box in which the pizza is given is of low quality, as a result it tends to bend and becomes soft within five minutes when a hot pizza kept inside. The taste is good enough though. The ambiance is ok ok. I would suggest to change the location to a good and a little big place. And have some good workers for better service."
