"My brother, fiance, flatmate, and I went one night at 18 o'clock. the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with many complicated beautiful designs on the walls and ceiling.<br/> the service was friendly, thorough and polite.<br/> the food was more than to fill and was absolutely delicious. I didn't find any mistakes at all and I think it's worth the price. will be back soon"

"This caffe had a very good call in wellington for many years. When five of my friends went to lunch tonight, I thought I would accompany her. I was told there were two vegan options for a main dish. there was only one, the second option that the waiter told me was a typo that it could be vegan. So I was with a vegan adjustment of a rice bowl where the smoked fish were replaced by mushrooms. it was very expensive and I really didn't feel like trusting. there were no vegan cabinet food. No one seems to know about vegan options or interested in catering for me at all, so I ended up with a coffee and went somewhere else to lunch when my friends finished. unbelievably disappointing in this time when most restaurants are inventive and have two or three vegan options on their menu. Not just take a meat ingredient so it becomes vegan, but actually create interesting individual dishes. we have so many good vegan options in other restaurants I would strongly recommend that they try them if they are vegan. nikau must come to the speed and if it does, I am sure that all many vegans will be happy to taste their food."

"It was really delicious and a real touch to have Naan breads that were vegan friendly. The curry was delicious, we had a dhaal and an Aloo Ghobi, as well as Samosa, Bhaji, rice and garlic naan. I forgot to take photos because I consumed it very quickly. Only disadvantage was that they brought a non- vegan bath with the vegan order, and then said: "It comes with this bath, but it is not vegan, so I think you don't want it." "The dishes are tapas/sharing style, this was perfect for us as we like to share. We were the only customers in the restaurants so we got the full attention and service from the waitress. The service was very good. <br/ <br/ One of our favourite dishes was the sour cream and chive kumara rocket leaves. It was good to have something different from the regular potatoes. The other favourite dish was the panseared catch line caught fish fillet. The crispy skin was lovely and fish was cooked perfectly."

"Dinner at 6pm on a week day. It was busy. I've never been here before and the thing that struck me most was the size of the place once you're inside. That, and you feel transported away from Cuba street. Nice decor and pizza over create a nice ambiance.<br/ <br/ We ordered a Peroni and a bellini. Food; the tomato pasta with a side salad and the veggie pizza. <br/ <br/ Given how bust they were the food arrived in 10 minutes, which was great. Each dish was simple, fresh and flavoursome. The pasta was rich in flavour, the salad crisp with a delicious drizzle of oil and the pizza, light, crisp and loaded with toppings. The chili oil had a good kick to it too. Dishes were s good size too. We were stuffed.<br/ <br/ We took away a tiramisu to eat at home. Delicious and expertly made, good balance of flavours. Only thing was (for the price) a very small portion, but it wasn't a massive deal.<br/ <br/ The staff are super attentive, but more so, very polite and helpful. <br/ <br/ All up $91.00.<br/ <br/ We're planning our next visit already!"
