"The nice building, available parking slot at front was sure inviting as much of downtown Dumaguete is parking hell. So we went in at 2:00 pm, for a late lunch. Plenty of empty tables, nicely air conditioned, some staff were having a late lunch, too. There were 2 other occupied tables. Menu was quite extensive, many dim sum. Nicely priced. Ordered shrimp siomai, pork spareribs, sweet sour pork, sweet sour fish, garlic spareribs. First to arrive though were my yangchow fried rice beef steak rice. Yangchow was bland, not good, put in soy sauce with kalamansi to add some taste The beef steak rice was a bit better. Shrimp siomai was newly cooked but not as tasty as others tasted before. Pork spareribs was ok, the others were so-so. Good thing, total bill was only about P460 with senior discount. It was really inexpensive. Wait staff were courteous efficient but food is really not good., One visit is enough."

"A friend recommended this place to me when we were doing the keto diet because they can replace their rice with salad, which I think is great. They also have a wide range of food to choose from. Service is good also."

"It's a rather pricy restaurant, although with really good food and also good sizes. Their air conditioning tends to be extremely cold to the extend that you don't like to stay for long. Unfortunately at night they often got very loud music outdoors, which even indoors still is too loud to properly communicate. In the end that's the reason why I rather don't go there anymore."

"Air conditioned restaurant with background music that matches its cozy atmosphere. Seats around 18 persons comfortably with additional tables and chairs outside the restaurant for about 8 more persons. Food was tasty but pricey considering the portion per serving as compared to other restaurants in Dumaguete. Table setting a plus! Friendly staff. Service was a good."

"There is an amazing selection of food available at Andy's. Superbly cooked in a nice relaxing ambient setting. Easily the best food I have eaten in Dumaguete. It is a little costly, but you are definately getting what you paid for. Awesome dining experience."

"We got the RICE ALL YOU CAN and specificied grilled liempo, lechon kawali, bbq pecho and bbq paa. Both grilled liempo and lechon kawali were overcooked. We were having difficulty slicing them. Other than that, the place looks great."
