"Just a warning: you have to make sure when reserving that the room they get for you has a window. Some of their rooms have no window (I'm not kidding) and we were placed in a windowless, tomb-like room for our first two nights. We were able to move to a room with a view of the sea and didn't have to pay extra naman--in which case, request for a room facing the outside and you're all set. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Hotel cafe downstairs serves great food (which is one of the reasons why we thought of staying here, due to fond memories of Cafe Filomena) and location's great. I recommend their black forest cake! Rooms could be soundproofed because sometimes you can hear what's going on outside (don't get a room near their floor office)."

"This place is unique, right on the boulevard seafront. The beer is cold the staff is friendly. Food is priced right, on the down side, there is little ventilation and tends to be warm inside, the noise from the street is not any worse then any other pub along the boulevard. not a large place but seating for several."

"Though I love the sweet part of the food, the servings are left much to be desired if you think about the price. Food sauce are served to many to compensate for the small serving. Wifi connection is good in the early afternoon (Founder's Day week)..."

"Got so irritated with the guy who handed over a wrong order,.POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. He misplaced our receipt and insisted I ordered a chicken and liempo the owner confirmed I'm right that its all chicken so he abruptly handed a plastic saying okay here's you're order but found out when we went home that he included Liempo...so its under what I paid and the chicken that is our family's fave is not enough for everyone...and I'm unhappy customer"

"We have eaten here 4 times since the start of the year. I think it is close to the best value in town. Not that its grand its more like a restaurant in a factory but the food is consistently good and generously delivered you'll have trouble getting thru it all . Like Korean, it offer some 10 complimentary tastings with the food. All round it is just super super value and is highly recommended"
