"There's a grassy lawn in front that gives way to a center of lights & lanterns. Overall it's kinda dark but that's what you want when you're drinking with a guy you're dating at 9pm on a weeknight. The food was a 3 out of 5 for me. Their drink mixes are better than the average tho! Service is pretty good, prices are cheap(standard for BF Homes) & they have a regular weekend crowd. Parking, like everywhere in BF, is a hassle."

"Ranked 10 on Spot.ph's Manila's Best Sisig 2017 list. Sisig Bar offers sisig in all forms. They have the traditional pork, a crunchier version - crispy liempo, for seafood lovers - bangus sisig and squid sisig, and for vegetarians - tofu sisig. It comes with a cup of plain or garlic rice. An added egg costs 10pesos. All orders ranges between 80 to 90pesos. You can also order the sisig to share for 150pesos without the rice.<br>

Tried the traditional pork. It had more pork fat and the pork ear and face (?), because of the distinguishable cartilage and gelatinous texture. Liver is also generous giving it the creamy and a bit of bitter taste. I would prefer mine with more meat. The added egg certainly helped in giving it more fluff.<br>

For the price, serving size is generous and would be good enough for two. Would try the crunchy version next time. Sisig Bar is located at the Food Choices (food court) of Alabang Town Center."

"I've been to Sapphire a couple of times since I live in the South. I even celebrated Halloween there with a couple of friends. The food is great, especially the calamares. The squid ink sauce is amazing! I love the ambiance of the place and also the cocktail drinks. Try the Midori Sour!"

"Did not enjoy our dining experience since most of the menu items that we wanted were not available. <br>
Seriously, if you open a restaurant, be prepared to serve all the items on the menu except for instances that would call to have it not available like a red tide infestation for shellfish items.<br>
Ambience is typical of a bar mood. Too dark to enjoy the food on the plate.<br>
Staff were polite."
