"This bar is just that, an oasis in the desert of San Miguel. The beer range is exceptional, both on tap and in bottles with top brews from all corners of the world available. This is a great place for students of craft beer; there are tasting notes, the staff are immensely knowledgeable and generous with tasters. The tap range is largely IPA's with high ABV - +7%- with the session beer Boracay Blonde and bottles for those who like to take it a little easier. The bar is beautifully conceived, the vibe is great and there are even movies as a backdrop which add a little colour. My three brothers came over from the UK recently, all into real ale and this became our go to place for a nightcap; it works just as well for me as a place for a quiet beer on the way home from work to wind down. Highly recommended."

"Our 2nd craft beer place to visit this weekend. I'm amazed at the variety of food and drink options in BGC! This is a smallish beer bar in BGC serving a wide variety of bottled beer and some local brews on tap. You can also take out beer you like at a slightly lower price than the beer served. The bar is made so much more interesting by the knowledgeable and friendly Jerick who is excited to explain the peculiarities of each beer you ask about. We had a few bottles Hefeweizen, Hitachino Nest Beer, Anderson Valley Poleeko Pale Ale, Palawano Wit Beer and Rogue Ale's Beard Beer. The yeast for the last was cultured in the brewmaster's beard! "Another wonderful experience, celeb upcoming holoday with friends!! Ps their serving time is pretty fast compared to last we ordered pizza, pasta, salad and a buttered chicken finger kiddie meal, hahha pps forgot specific dishes' name...doesnt matter, it's all organic, healthy stuff and tastes good!!"

"We had the chicharon bulaklak which was good, the spinach artichoke dip which wasn't so good. The cheese wasn't melted enough and the bread that came with it wasn't toasted enough. I liked the midori sour. The music though is sad because it wasn't old...enough to be classic or old school hiphop. It's the bad r&b hiphop played a few years back when superclubs were the craze. The worst thing is the building because it shakes whenever a lot of people move around. I'm talking about a 3 storey building."

"Too expensive for a not wow experience. the steaks are OK....but just expensive. 5 people more than 600 usd without wine pr alcohol is expensive and for the philippines too expensive. serious value for money. you do not get back"

"Went here to meet up with a client and talk work over dinner and i could't be happier with this decision. Melos has been around since the late 1990's or early 2000 in Makati so when the client said for me to choose where to talk shop, chose this place and what a pleasant surprise this was. The client was so happy with the prawns and the steak he ordered and made me sample. Their Cesar salad is as classically delicious as the one of Marios. staff were attentive and knew their menus and best sellers with recommendations. Good place for family dinners or work lunches."
