"Absolutely stunning hotel. Felt at home at all times, regardless to say the beauty of its gardens, rooms comm areas. Cosy comfortable yet amazing deco (as for my personal taste). Highly advise to have an after dinner drink at the bar close to the fireplace. Staff was very polite and kind. At last, but not the least, golf course had beautiful views all over, easy yet challenging. Thank you and hope to see you again!"

"The food was good. However, two factors will stop me returning. Firstly, the condescending manner of our waiter, who, when I asked for a glass of house red, commented, "You won't like it". Isn't that my decision? What's more, what does that say about the...restaurant itself, if it serves wine the staff know the customer "won't like"? Secondly, we could have been anywhere. We could have been in a wine bar in any one of a number of cities across the UK"
