"This a no frills restaurant, paper table cloths for example,but what a fantastic meal; the place is clean and the owner welcoming. There are plenty of pizza options on the menu but we chose two Portuguese dishes that you do not see on all menus and which we had been looking out for: Alheira de Mirandela (Poultry Sausage) and Bacalhau com Natas (Salt Cod in Creamy Cheese Sauce) , we were not disappointed as both were excellent. A half dose (portion) of the Bacalhau is plenty for one person. With bread and spreads to start and a bottle of house red wine the bill squeezed in at under €20 , note cards are not accepted, cash only. A visit is recommended."
