"We had a wonderful lunch today at this lovely restaurant! It looks like it's a family business or at least we felt as it was. The hosts were very welcoming, friendly with a personal approach. The food was beyond exceptional. We had fresh fish, fresh seafood apetizers, which were amazing and fresh, and homemade desserts (most of them local)."

"This restaurant was gracious to accommodate a large group of 25 for dinner. The restaurant was nicely decorated and the tables prepared with white table coverings for a refined dining experience. The food was most delicious and served family style and quickly. The wait staff was quick, polite and courteous to serve us in a timely manner, yet gave us time to rest and relax when desired. They kept the food coming and the tables cleared of dishes as necessary. If you're looking for a diamond of a dining experience while in the area, I would highly recommend this restaurant located just across from the park and walking avenue. Delicious!!"

"I was taken here one evening in February and got a great welcome in this lovely little restaurant which is family run. We all had fish to begin and mains with goosefoot barnacles and prawns and small fried sardines followed by stone bass which was...excellent especially with the rice and greens on the side. Great service and hope to come again soon!"

"This is a quiet restaurant, in matosinhos sul. packaging is to find ostern and eating is with carefree. the quality for fish is very good. during the sardine season it is possible to have them very fresh. they have outside places for lunch or diner. personel very profissional and beautiful."

"We ate here last night based on the trip advisor reviews and we weren’t disappointed. It was our first night in Lisbon and this set the standard very high. On arrival we were greeted warmly and a selection of olives, breads, cheeses and pates were brought to us. All were absolutely delicious. Our waiter was extremely helpful and chose a fabulous red wine for us. We shared the octopus salad for starter which was so tasty. For mains, my husband had the fish of the day and I had the prawns with the garlic rice. All in all a lovely evening with great service, great food and a great atmosphere. Thank you."
