"Awful attitudes is the most friendly description for the entire staff in cafe capriccio. Despite the wonderful eating, our last two visited the last of them were raw. after several visits, especially two recent (note: not during the inner city of Albany week) we are so insulted by the contemplating and rude attitude of anyone from the bartender, host and especially server that we are done. we always type 30-35%, as we have family in the hospitality industry. our last server has never been able to thank them once! nice eating: no couth in cafe capriccio!"

"They lived up to their name Panera. I just bought coffee here and it was okay after my preference. I had better, but it was worse. If you are critical about your coffee, you do not expect coffee. It was a bit weak for my pleasure, but I'm sure I'm just perfect for someone else."

"Everything was great with the exception of the Unbelievable Roll. It is made with cilantro but I can't eat that. The website did not say it has cilantro in it, and did give me a tickbox to say No Cilantro, so the meal was wasted. It was an expensive roll too, 18 bucks, so it wasn't a small error that I would normally brush aside"

"Went to Ragonese as google suggested it might be the best Italian deli in Albany. I ordered a Chicken cutlet w/proscuitto di Parma, fresh mozz, roasted red peppers, oil and vinegar on a mini sub. The sandwich was decent, however the mini sub was dry and almost stale. It’s hard to get AMAZING bread north of NYC. Very solid though, for the capital region and the level of service was top notch."
