"Seen this burger joint floating around HappyCow (locally) and wanted to give it a go. To my disappointment when I arrived, I found out it was just a rebrand of Veggie Grill. They're food is ok (VG) but I thought it was an independent restaurant. But to the food, I got their double burger and buffalo chikn. It's tasty BUT...the price point and size is my con. Just around the same size/price as Next Level Burger, so iykyk size price point don't meet. IMO, I'd rather pay the $2 extra (both burger and chikn sando) and go to Malibu's Burger in Oakland which is twice the size and filling. Which Stand-Up isn't (filling). A rare 3 star rating from me. "Very large portion (best to split with another person). Tasty chicken and fries, though I wouldnt call this chicken tenders. Not your typical finger food; this requires a fork and knife because its more like chicken patties that youd expect in a sandwich. Only reason this is a 4-star is not because of the food (I still enjoyed it). I didnt get the extra chicken strip I ordered, plus they forgot to give me the habanero mayo sauce and ranch. Ill definitely be ordering again to try other items."

"I like to come here for Mexican food. But the main workers there could not hold common English conversations and don’t look people in the eye while customers are trying to talk with them. Also, they don’t tell you that there is a 3%credit card fee of your bill before you finished the payment. So I feel like it is worth to notice and give a review here. I hope they can work on communication and keeping the food quality excellent. Thank you."

"Nice environment and great food. My only concern was about the service that took a little while to get stared. I was sit in the bar and all those bartenders were very focused on the drink orders. Any way, I am definitely will come back and give another try because it’s a very cool spot for friends, families, couples and etc …"

"As others have said, no frills old school mom and pop operation. First bite and the fact they're flame grilled is unmistakable. My solution to the oft mentioned fries problem is to take them out of the bag immediately, they are much crisper when I do that. I don't eat burgers that often, but when I do this is where I go."

"I got a mushroom cheesesteak.It was steaming hot and ready by pickup time. The waffle fries are coated with that stuff kind of like Arby’s curly fries used to be. I wish they’d said ‘seasoned’ somewhere on the description. I just wanted regular plain waffle fries like Chick-fil-a. The seasoning was a bit too salty for me and got in the way of just tasting the fry in my opinion.The cheesesteak was entirely too salty and was leaking from a bit too much marinade. If they eased back on the salt drained the meat better next time it’d probably be fine. Beef could be higher grade, it was a bit chewy. On the plus side it was good enough that I ate half. (the cheesesteaks are long so half was plenty.)If you are drinking and need something to go with your beers the salty food could be great. Late at night they are open."
