"Fellow customers and their interactions at the hostess stand were very pushy and rude- enough to dampen the night. Staff did their best, but got swamped with last minute catering so all reservations were noticeably pushed back. Drinks were such a fun experience though, food was tasty, and the staff truly were amazing!!"

"The food I had from here tastes great, but the portions, the price and the extreme lack of service do not want to come back. I spend 30 minutes waiting in their lobby, from an empty restaurant where nobody came to me. And the bartender also saw me and did nothing. Update-11.18.18. Great improvement, was very attentive."

"My girlfriend and I had an amazing night out at “URBANA” yesterday. The music was great. The drinks were amazing the bartenders were very knowledgeable and knew how to make the perfect cocktail. We especially loved their signature drinks! The food was also really good a great selection with generous portions. Everything was cooked to perfection and we were very impressed with the quality. All in all, it was a fantastic night out and we can't wait to go back!"
