"I like the food and the service but the music is always so loud. You can not hear the people in your group to have a conversation. We have asked the owner to lower it. Instead, he turns it up. If you're looking for good food and good service, it's worth it. Just don't expect to have a conversation with the person next to you."

"Phenomenal food in a cozy atmosphere with excellent, attentive employees. we had the ducks, the garnel and a Rockfish special with the chocolate mousse, the cheesecake and the berry herbs. every dish was delicious and the presentation was fantastic."

"Jens is the place for a wonderful dinner. Both service and food were outstanding and well worth the price. Portions were in line with or exceeded for the prices that were charged. Noise level was moderate (light music) and server was very attentive but not overbearing or bothersome. Dress ranges from dressy to business casual. Jens is one of my favorite restaurants!"

"I was staying at the hotel and was told by people in Anchorage to check this place out for dinner. Great food and drinks with amazing staff both times I went over my 4 day stay. It was pretty quiet both times but there was a nice bar with TVs playing football at the time. Will definitely go back again if I'm in"

"We stayed at this historic hotel at the end of a cruise/land tour with Princess Cruise line. The hotel was grand and beautiful in the lobby and restaurant areas but our room was terrible. Room 471 shared a wall with the elevators and the thundering sound they made getting proper rest very challenging. The bed vibrated when all the elevators were in use. The room had only a view of the neighboring tower and roof of the lobby. The room felt worn and unclean. What a disappointing end to what was a really great cruise/land tour."
