"Can't rate the food as I haven't eaten it and after what I saw I do not believe I will. Workers touching each other on the neck then grabbing boxes and tongs to make orders. Employee digging in her ear with gloves on. I asked for a cup of ice at the register. I don't care to be charged for a drink but I only wanted the ice. When I asked the female worker she looked at me like I was speaking an alien language and repeated what I said. I told her I had asked for it at the register. She proceeded to take the smallest cup and fill it less than 1/4 with ice. I left it for her since it was such a big deal I felt y'all needed it more. Really wish I wouldn't have tipped on top of paying for something I didn't receive. Will not be returning."

"A macarons paradise beautifully colored macarons adorned the counter in glimmering brilliance. A resplendent array of varying shades of the rainbow, embellished with sprinkles and glitter, an absolute feast for the eyes. The taste varies from salted caramel, honey lavender, and vanilla bean to unicorn (cotton candy) and ube. Twenty one different flavors are available for the picking, so how does one pick just one?"

"The store went into the crapper after Amazon took over the chain (which is ironic because this is the store that’s closest to the Bezos’ family residence in the Seattle area). They dramatically reduced the variety of products sold and keep it poorly stocked. Aisles are bare. Prepared food is prepared poorly. It’s like a hurricane is coming, the way it’s picked over."

"If you like mangos, you'll love this place! I tried the mango pomelo sago and my dad tried the mango chewy ball, both were good and the mangos tasted fresh and delicious!One star dinged for the curry fish balls as well as the dragonfruit drink we ordered. The curry fish balls didn't taste like curry at all and it didn't feel worth the price. The dragonfruit drink had a very thick jelly at the bottom making it hard to drink, and I ended up not finishing.If you come here, just get the mango items, they're delicious!"

"My husband and I had breakfast sandwiches. Service: 4.5 Stars Food: 5 Stars Atmosphere: 4 Stars Convenience: 5 Stars This location is in the food court area on the second floor of Lincoln Square South. I was surprised to see I had not reviewed it earlier. We eat here regularly and are always surprised at how good it is. Well no longer. We will go in expecting the quality of food that has brought us back many times. This is my first time having the breakfast sandwich. I was 6.25 and worth every penny. The bacon was thick cut. The egg was not over cooked and the bun was soft and buttery. My husband had the ham sandwich and was equally impressed."
