"After trying multiple times I 'm not a fan of the B 'ham Ruth 's Chris. The Wait staff is nice but the food is just ok. The location is less than desirable, the service is slow. They make you wait very long even if you have a reservation. Also if the entire party isn 't there you cant be seated. This should be listed on OpenTable if this is a 'rule '. I 've been to Ruth 's Chris all over the US and this one is always subpar."

"I visited this place on 3/2/2022. Parking can be a challenge if you out of town and not familiar. I ordered the dutch baby, scrambled eggs and bacon. Wow!! Just Wow!! The dutch baby was perfect, creamy,tasty, and crispy. It came with lemon, butter, and powdered sugar. My husband ordered buttermilk pancakes, turkey sausage and scrambled eggs. Pancakes were soft, buttery, flaky and the eggs were the scrambled soft (like we love them) with a hint of butter and salt. Only complaint, we are coffee lovers and the coffee was weak. The reason I give 4 stars ... When we entered the restaurant, staff were confused as to who could sit and who could stay in line. One staff told me to sit and another told me to hold up . Other than that. Good experience. Would eat again"

"Amazing that they’re “temporary closed for renovations” but they haven’t had trash or dumpster service for over two months. Seems like if you were renovating people would be inside working, and you’d need a dumpster. This place is permanently closed. I’m not buying the temporarily closed shenanigans. Update: The grass and weeds at this place are so high it’s a neighborhood eyesore. Apparently they quit landscaping as well. Also there is a homeless guy that now lives on their porch."

"The vegan BBQ sandwich was great! The pulled oats filling had a really good texture to it and it soaked up the sauce so nicely. The fries were very hot and crispy too : the bartender was super nice, but I didn't catch his name"
