"I don't usually post a review when dissatisfied but I had to bring some attention to this. I am extremely disappointed. I ordered dinner from this restaurant on February 3, 2023 for my husband and I Combo Number 2, and beef pastelitos'. The chicken was very dry, the brown rice with black beans tasted as if it had been sitting for awhile and was vary hard. The pastelitos were hard around the edges and also tasted like they had been sitting for awhile. The salad was not fresh, lettuce was turning brown and tomatoes' were stale. Never again!!!"

"It’s closed why even keep the page up. In fact, other than the buffet restaurant in the fourth floor-NOTHING In the complex is open. Asking for details on a closed establishment is a bit like carrying coal to Newcastle-pointless. There’s nothing to indicate Pointe will ever reopen again."

"We were super excited to try this place after the reviews but couldn't after one of their employees, whom refuse to give me a name that was in charge, denied my daughter's service dog. I explained the dog is a service animal and show him our badge. Hedemanded we leave the deli even after this. Will be seeking a lawyer now."

"Clean place, but unprofessional behavior from the night team. about 9pm I placed a mobile order for pickup. the food was good. but my own and another customer had to lean literally over the counter to scream into the kitchen area for serviettes when the crew requested our wishes. the ordered drink was SWEET tea on the reception, but was given unsweetened tee. this was discovered in my car after a swallow grateful before departing. I came in and described the mistake of giggling crew members. shift manager used profanity and corrected the service crew member. the manager tells me that she had warned that I would return the drink. the error has been corrected. unprofessional for. at least the public areas remain clean and the service is not too long in the rule. parking: mini mall strip parking available for at least 30 cars."
