"I asked how much Hennessy is per shot, the bartender said $10. I then asked for a Hennessy Margarita and the guy at the bar took at least 5 minutes to make it. After I drank it, he then gives me a bill for $21.30I asked how is it this much, and he says cause it’s two shots of Hennessy. I didn’t ask for a double shot drink but was still forced to pay. The manager came and said that “That’s the way we make it” I’m like ma’am he didn’t even know how to make the drink to begin with.Eventually I paid in cash and left. The receipt was sketchy looking as hell. No markings that notates the actual drink that I got. Never ever going back, and honestly it wasn’t my first choice to begin with. Q44 was closed ??"

"Went on a weekday early evening, the place wasn't crowded and the host made us wait 10 minutes (party of 2). When we were seated, the waitress could not answer basic questions regarding the menu. We were trying to order chicken teriyaki from the hibachi and were told it isn't made that way, although teriyaki sauce was used for the chicken and salmon that was cooked on the hibachi. We are used to being greeted by the chef when they come to the table, and this chef couldn't be bothered to greet anyone sitting at his station. The food resembled the staff, bland. Save your time and money go to Edo's in Pelham Manor for really good Hibachi."

"Went with my wife to experience City Island. The picadero de mariscos appetizer was excellent order for 2 people, margaritas were ok. Main entree I had the City Island surf and turf, wife had the fish branzino. Desert and coffee were good, nice touch of adding the cotton candy."

"This white castke has a large parking lot with plenty of space and thw interior of the reataurant is clean. I uses the drive thru tiday and I have to say that they nees to be better. The staff person had a strong accent and it was a bit difficult to understand her and I speak Spanish. I assumed that she spoke Spanish. When I was done she repeated my order and I could not understand and Iasked if ahe could repeat but she asked me to drive down. I would ask to make everyone's experiwnce better to assign people who speak clearly at a slow pace an d maybe train them better. Customer service is important. I ended getting 2 items left out of my bag 1 that I was charged for and 1 that she didn't even add to order. You can do better. I know you can. Thank you! Paying Customer"

"Food is amazing. They’ve been around for years it’s a community staple. As a kid I’d always get fried clams and French fries. Portion sizes are good and price is decent. CASH ONLY It’s cafeteria style so don’t forget to grab your own condiments. The tartar sauce is crazy good. And the cole slaw, comes with every meal. Inside the restaurant can be loud and outside is usually packed. Ppl hang out in the parking lot with lawn chairs by their cars."
