"I am so disappointed with Freddie 's service tonight. I usually always come to Freddies with my family to eat their food and Italian Ice. However, tonight I experienced the most horrible time of my life. I 'm 9 months pregnant and I placed an order for doughnuts. I was waiting for over 30minutes just for 1 order of doughnuts. When I went to the front to ask the young lady about my order she said oh your order is coming up they are wrapping you up . After waiting an additional 10minutes I asked for a refund, I am dissatisfied with the service because the young lady seemed unenthusiastic about my concern for my order and didn 't have a worry in the world. After traveling 20minutes I wasted my time. I will not be coming back to Freddie 's at all. This is so unacceptable I feel like I personally was racially profiled because I seen others come place an order and leave. This will me my last time stepping foot in freedies. I 'll be sure to inform my close friends and and family to not patronize with this business establishment. What a SHAME!"

"Booked a reservation for 5:45, once we arrived they told us they had too many reservations and we had to wait 10-15 minutes. Once this time passed I asked again and they said the same thing multiple times. Overall very disappointed that we had to wait over an hour for a table and the team did not care or apologize for the delay. Once we were seated the service was sub par and they only cared about moving you though rather than actually serving you. Overall the food was good, but not worth your time due due to the lack of honoring reservations or respect for patrons. I will likely not be returning."

"I have my In laws over from overseas , saw this nice Italian pizzeria and stopped there to have a quick meal . The experience was great food was delicious and very fresh authentic Italian food . Staff was very helpful, the owner comes to the tables to see how things are and chats with you . We ordered a lot of food since we were 11 people and were surprise to see the bill was less then our expectations , very very reasonable . We highly recommend this place and will keep going there . We are glad we found this hidden gem . May be not a hidden gem , A gem that we didn't discover before . Thanks Bongiorno's"
