"Came here for a gala at the conference center. I can't speak to the rooms as we did not stay here but can speak to the meeting rooms and the service we received. For a hotel of this nature and for there being an event I expected more from the service provided. The staff were really difficult to find if you needed something at your table. One gentleman came last to the table and got seated after the dishes and the dessert was taken away (yes the dessert was at the table before we even got served salad). He asked for a place setting and it never came. No one came to refill water at the table. The food came out really late, nearly 30 min after salad was brought out. The chicken was really salty and some of the salmon was overcooked and dry. Because of how long it took for everything to come out not only was the dinner luke warm but the cheesecake dessert was room temp. The ambiance of the lobby was nice and the from desk staff seemed plesant from the brief interaction to validate parking."
