"I have to say this is three best BBQ I had while in Dallas. I wouldn't give this a 5, but certainly a 4-4.5. The restaurant is pretty cool, simple design, funny signs, but western feel. You order at the counter, pick your own seat and enjoy. There is a nice selection of meats and sides to choose from. I head the brisket, pulled pork and pork ribs. The brisket had a nice smokey aroma and flavor, was very tender and juicy. The pulled pork was the same. The pork rib had a slight char, was tender, and had slight saltiness to it. The naked potatoes were huge, the baked beans and sausage were very good, with a little tang and the grandma's peach cobbler was okay, not too sweet. If you're still hungry you can even grab some soft serve ice cream. It was a nice dining experience with really good BBQ."
