"It’s hit or miss. Salads are nice and reasonably priced. I have been visiting this place for the past couple of months. Visited yesterday and again today. Today the pita chips were stale and yesterday the staff forgot to add the pita chips to my bag so I needed to come back to the restaurant to get them. There is a lot of new staff that needs to be trained. Also I don’t think I’d ever try a call in or online delivery from here. A number of the employees do not speak any English and it’s easy for them to put the wrong food on your salad due to that. Smaller complaints that lead to big issues for folks expecting a quick and easy ordering experience. But it’s a quick salad bar chain so overall it’s fine to try out."

"It reminds me of intermetzo. I really enjoyed the tahini salad. It may not look like a lot of food, but they pack the greens in. It's a bit pricey, but a nice healthy alternative. Also the people were incredibly friendly, upbeat, and kind."

"My favorite healthy way to go! Price is reasonable compare to any other salad restaurants and taste really great. I love their mini croissant bread. Only downside is that it's not a cute salad place to go and eat. (lol)"

"This is like every other Salata that you've been to. The salad ingredients are fresh, the service is very fast, and the price is reasonable. My only complaint (with all Salatas) is that there are no pre-set salads to order, and sometimes I find it hard to get creative in a salad without someone's help. If you're confused as to the location, it's not with the rest of the Renaissance Tower food court, it's more towards the Westin."
