"My Huevos con Jamon was fresh, filling and not trendy expensive. I was jealous of my friends Carbon Skillet because it was larger than mine. One thing though was the green chili was below average on flavor. The staff was attentive and kind. I'll definitely go back and try a lunch."

"We were in the other two Machete locations in the run of the years and that was our first departure to colfax, because it was our jubilee, and the LoDo site was not open for seats, and I think cherry creek had no reservations later than 5 o'clock, so we were excited to try this location. minimal capacity, large service, social removal from all other diners, and the food quality was exactly what we expected in the course of the years. perfect!"

"My son and I were visiting from Minneapolis! Such a blast to catch the Vikings game while in Denver! Great servers, cool venue, a sea of purple jerseys, and one of the best crowds I've heard shouting the Skol chant and belting out the fight song! Fantastic time meeting local Vikings fanatics!!!"
